On a quiet street in Nusle, you’ll find Praha Pocha serving great Korean food in what was once a hospoda. Just be prepared to put all your clothes in the wash after your visit!
Praha Pocha was the first of what is now three Korean restaurants in Prague, the other two are Praha Ggogi and Numaru.
All the staff were really friendly. Prices correct as of November 2025.

All menus come with Korean-style basic side dishes (Banchan). All were delicious and refilled on request – we had more kimchi
We always forgot that Korean dining doesn’t have a concept of starter and main course – everything you order comes all at once!
We like a kimchi jeon (a crispy, spicy, and savory kimchi pancake also called kimchi pizza) as a starter and the best way to achieve that is to refrain from ordering any other food until that’s eaten. Kimchi pizza (155 Kč) tastes much better than it looks in the photo.
The Bulgogi Deobap – marinated beef and vegetables based on soy sauce with rice (255 Kč) was perfect.
Bulgogi Japchae – Savory stir-fried noodles with marinated beef and vegetables. (265 Kč) – lovely.
The clean and modern bathroom is downstairs.
The kitchen ventilation is non-existent – every piece of clothing had to go in the wash after our visit.
We really enjoyed the food in Praha Pocha but won’t return until fix the ventilation!
