The Nuselský Pivovar apartment complex is a project by the Penta Group. Construction began in 2022 on the waste ground behind the original brewery in Nusle.

We took a series of short videos throughout the construction and put them together. You can watch how the building rose up over two years – look out for the steam train and New Year’s Eve fireworks.

When metro line D is complete, there will be a nearby station at Náměstí Bratří Synků. Currently, there are plenty of trams, with 7, 14, 18 & 24 running from Divadlo na Fidlovačce and 6 & 11 from Nuselské schody.

I’m amazed how anyone can afford to buy even a studio apartment in Prague these days. A 2+kk, 51,4 m2, first floor apartment with 6,5 m2 balcony is 8 858 100 CZK! Still, most of the apartments appear to be sold.
