This idiot seems to live near the Folimanka Nuclear Fallout Shelter (Pražský kryt Folimanka). Perhaps he is the victim of some failed, Soviet-era, brain radiation experiment and is condemned to wander Prague writing the same four letters over and over.

Sometimes a letter E for ‘Experiment’ is added, to make ANUKe. Is this a cry for help?
