The seventh year of the popular, multi-genre convention, Comic-Con Prague, will be held March 13 – 15 2026 in the O2 Universum congress centre, Prague.

For those who’ve never been to a Comic-Con, these normally feature panel discussions, exhibits, vendors and autograph/photo sessions with creators, celebrities and industry professionals. Attendees often cosplay as their favorite character from TV and film, adding to the vibrant atmosphere of the convention.

There are some interesting guests signed up for the event. Here are my favourites:

Claudia Black and Ben Browder

In the sci-fi series Farscape (1999–2003), Ben Browder played the main character John Crichton, an American astronaut flung across the universe, while Claudia Black starred as Aeryn Sun, a former Peacekeeper soldier. They served as the show’s emotional anchor, navigating a, complex, evolving relationship throughout the series and its conclusion, The Peacekeeper Wars.

In Stargate SG-1 (seasons 9-10), Ben Browder played Lieutenant Colonel Cameron “Cam” Mitchell, the new commanding officer of the SG-1 team. Claudia Black played the recurring and later lead character Vala Mal Doran, a charming, former thief who joined the team as a permanent member in season 10.

You can pay for their autograph and/or have a photo together. Prices are different for each actor.

Not every actor will attend each day – check to see who will be there before you buy your entrance ticket.

Friday is the least expensive day as opening hours are shorter 14:00 – 12.30am. I’m amazed the finish time is 12.30 in the morning – things could get a bit lively among the cosplayers.
Saturday hours are 09:00 – 22:30.
Sunday hours are 09:00 – 18:30.

If you’re a cosplayer without a costume, there’s still time to order something from https://www.halloweencostumes.eu/.
