Hidden on Mánesova street in Vinohrady, Black Bettie’s is part American diner, part Czech pub. They have live music three times a week, but the stars of the show are the burgers.
The staff are friendly and speak English. A 1.8dl glass of Merlot was 70 Kč. 0.3l dark Krušovice beer 38 Kč. A carafe of tap water – free!
My favourite burger is called the cheese 215 Kč plus 50 Kč for fries.
My companion had the Jalapeno, Siracha & Cheddar Burger with Fries 250 Kč.
Both great burgers and great fries. I should have taken the pictures side on, instead of from above, as they don’t show the burger properly. I’ll take a better picture when we go back.
